We ship orders from various warehouses in the United States. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once. They are on the way.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. Once it is received please contact us to work something out : info@infinitress.com.

We will send you tracking information to the email you provided us at checkout. This email will also have a link and guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after you receive that email. You can also check your tracking on our home page! 

In most cases we provide Free Shipping but if there is a shipping cost its calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. For more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please contact us directly. We also will have a shipping calculator provided on all products that have shipping costs.
