Money goals, relationship goals, and even body goals, and that’s what we’re about to talk about today. Of course, you should have heard about waist trainers at this moment. The waist cinchers are spiking their  way to the top of the trendlines like crazy this new year, so make sure you're on the trend!

Most women buy waist trainers for weight loss! Waist trainers have been known to help a woman trim her waist which is why they are also known as waist cinchers.  They help you lose weight but unfortunately the trainers don’t  work by just simply wearing them, there are steps you must do to get that hourglass body. Having a quality trainer belt is important which is why Infinitress is here to gladly help you out, we basically are the new spokeswoman for the “snatched” waist haha, at least that is what we are shooting for!!. Now, let’s start digging into more about women’s shapewear and how it help you lose those inches now!

Tip #1

We’ll start with the basic step and I’m pretty sure you’ve been reminded to do this a hundred times. Maintain a healthy diet. Girl we’ve been hearing this even from when we were kids but now it’s going to be a little bit more serious because losing weight starting your early 20’s is going to be a bit harder, but the real challenge is when you get into your 30’s or 40’s. Wearing a waist trainer will help you control your diet since it makes you feel full sooner than expected so it’s not going to be that much pressure. The fact that waist trainers help control your appetite sounds like a win for me, count me in!

Do your best to say no to junk food and say yes to more nutritious foods, but let's be real it's ok to have a treat here and there just make sure it's a regular size portion and you're not going crazy! . Having e a great meal plan each week with all your favorite healthy foods makes it easier to remind yourself that it’s all going to be worth it and to stick on course. I recommend eating more greens and your average amount of meat, balance is the key! Just stay hydrated and avoid processed foods and sugars as much as you could and you’re good to go! We know it is easier said than done, but start here, look at the ingredients list on everything you eat, make it a habit and if you can pronounce an ingredient or don't know what it is, I would say pass on that snack. A waist trainer won't be able to properly do its job if you're not doing yours!

Tip #2

Next one on the list is never to forget to do your daily exercise. Yes, yes, and yes, exercise is still important to help you lose weight as you are wearing a waist trainer corset. It’s not that hard to do a few exercises in a day however, we recommend that for beginner ladies you could do about three times a week of easy workout routines, it's a starting point, then increase your time and workouts! Challenge yourself and remember to tell yourself you can do it! There’s a reason why corsets exist up to this day because they actually WORK, especially if you do your part! Working out to have a fit body doesn’t work out like magic and we certainly don’t have a great fairy godmother like Cinderella who could change our body instantly, although that would be nice!. Even she had to return to her reality at the stroke of midnight! All I’m trying to say is, don’t let that lazy part of you take over and just do your exercise with your waist cincher on and you’ll get there.

Set your goal and talk yourself through it. This is the last and the most important tip to help you lose weight with your waist trainer so be ready to hear me ramble more about it like a bee. Let’s be clear, your goal is to be able to wear that body shaper belt or waist trimmer at least 8 hours a day to get the best results but hey we shouldn't push ourselves way too much just to lose some weight, that's why you should start smooth and easy starting by wearing it for an hour during the first 2 or 3 days and then adding an hour every now and then until you reach the GOAL.

Last bit of advice to help you lose weight is the talking to yourself part LOL! I meant it like I said it, I guess everyone does this so there's no need to feel embarrassed. We all have that time whether it's in the morning or before we go to sleep or even during our breaks, we look at the mirror and talk to ourselves like “Hey, I don’t look so bad after all” or go like “I’m gonna walk like I own the stage cuz I’m hot!”. I wish to tell you that that’s completely normal for anyone and it helps you a lot too. I'm being serious, something so small like giving yourself the confidence can help you achieve any goal you want!! Get the motivation you need from yourself, you need it. Remind yourself to wear your waist trainer everyday and always tell yourself that you can do it, YOU CAN & YOU WILL. It always helps to feed yourself with your own compliments because at the end of the day no one’s got your back but you!
